My cat, Onyx, is about 3 years old, and he’s under 20 pounds, and he lost some of his appetite and yesterday, he only urinated once. It hurts him so bad when you move him, because his front leg hurts him so much. He’s been sleeping a lot, and we kept a blanket on him to keep him warm so that his leg would hurt less. What could this be? What are my treatment options? How much would it cost? He’s a Maine Coon cat.

I have a very fluffy black (with hints of red and gray) Maine Coon cat and his coat is so thick! I brush him but that just seems to make him shed way more after the fact. He also has dandruff and idk what to do about that. A couple years back he had a bad mat in his fur on his back in front of his tail and I had to cut it out (I was careful) but now his hair is super thin there and he has dandruff there.

Please help with my 2 problems!!

I recently adopted a maine coon cat and am really confused about his weight. i realize he is a BIG breed to begin with but he is really fat and having a difficult time cleaning himself. My vet even mentioned that he is fat but didn’t say much else but i was reading online and saw that maine coon cats grow until they are four and he is only two, i dont want to put him on a diet if he is still growing. does anyone have any advice to help me?

he is currently 19lbs which i guess is small considering
